How to Configure Print Mail Documents

Print mail documents are any type of scanned or electronic document that needs to be printed on paper and placed in an envelope for mailing. This includes invoices, renewals, notices, collection letters, legal documents and more. We can also print and mail postcards, letters and memos.

You can use our online Print and Mail service to automate all of your printing and mailing for a cost-effective alternative to manual processing. Our production facility is accredited to APACS standard 3 and underpinned by ISO 27001. We handle your confidential documents with extreme care and ensure privacy. Our all-in-one service includes scanning, document creation and data entry. We provide a range of options for you to choose from and can include remittance stubs, color printing, envelopes, generic inserts, and foreign, certified or oversize mail.

To enable Email to Print, create a new email alias and configure the alias to point to your Email to Print server (see Before You Start: Aliases). You also need to set up the alias so that it can respond to user emails i.e. to let them know their job has been processed.

When a user sends an email to this alias, they will get a response from the email to print, which contains a link to a web page where they can confirm their print settings and files to be uploaded to the printer. They can also change any of the default print settings from this web page.
